 PARAMETER:

  <cText>  Optional String that should be pasted with the clipboard content


 DESCRIPTION:

  This Method copies windows clipboard content back into the MDI child 
  windows main controls. If you specify <cText>, it will be appended.
  This is used in the PopUp menu that shows up when you doubleclick on 
  a get control
