oWin:GoTop( ) -> <void>

DESCRIPTION:
The GoTop() method brings a pop-up or child window ( including MDI child
windows ) to the top of a stack of overlapping windows. The window is then
activated. ::GoTop() should be called to uncover any window that is
partially or completely obscured by overlapping windows.
