  <hDC>   a Window Device Context Handle


 RETURNS:

 <hBrush> is the handle of the controls brush object

     
 DESCRIPTION:

  This Method initializes the color vars ::nClrText, ::nClrPane and 
  ::oBrush, color the control and returns the handle to the ::oBrush 
  object.
