 RETURNS:

   <lSuccess>  is TRUE if the window(s) could be closed ( iE all valid clauses
               returned TRUE


 DESCRIPTION:

  This method closes the window, if the ::bValid blocks returns a TRUE 
  on evalutation. All MDI child windows are also closed.
