  oWin:selColor( <lFore> ) -> <nil>

 PARAMETER:

 <lFore>       Selects if the foreground ( TRUE, ::nClrText ) or the 
               background color ( FALSE, default, ::nClrpane ) of the
               window should be edited.


 DESCRIPTION:

  This method automatically calls the windows standard color selection 
  dialog Box and assigns the result to :nClrText or ::nClrPane

  If the user selects cancel, the window keeps its previous colors.
