 DESCRIPTION:

  This method controls the actual painting of the window. It should NOT be 
  called directly ( it needs to be called within a BeginPaint() /
  EndPaint() sequence )
  To repaint the window, use the method ::Refresh()
  If you have defined a ::bPainted Codeblock, it will be evaluated
  in this method with hDC and cPS as parameters.
