oWin:GetRect() -> <oTRect>

 DESCRIPTION:

  While ::GetCliRect() returns a tRect object with the coordinates of the
  windows client area, ::GetRect() returns a tRect object which contains
  the coordinates describing the bounding rectangle of the whole window. 
  The coordinates are relative to the top-left corner of the screen, and 
  they include the border, title bar and scrollbars. 
  As usual, the coordinates are in pixels.
