   <nRow>      The row (in pixels) where the file(s) were dropped
   
   <nCol>      The column (in pixels) where the file(s) were dropped

   <nKeyFlags> Keyboard status


 DESCRIPTION:

  This method is invoked if files are dropped over a control. It then
  evaluates the block that is stored in ::bDropOver
