 PARAMETER:

  <cFileName>  The file where the generated source code will be written to. 
               It will be overwritten if it already exists


 DESCRIPTION:

  This Method is used to generate the code for a visually created Window. 
  It returns the ready-to-compile SourceCode for that window( with all 
  controls! ) and will be used with the new IDE ..
