 hCtlFocus                 Exported, NumHandle, API
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

     Contains the handle ( hwnd ) of the Control that has InputFocus
     and is used to access Window API Functions
     If the first control has the Focus, then 

      hCtlFocus would be equal to aControls[ 1 ]:hWnd
