bMoved                    Exported, Block, User
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   This Codeblock is called from the method Moved() when the Window 
   receives a WM_MOVE Message, which is when the user moves the Window.

   The block is stored here from the ACTIVATE WINDOW .. ON MOVE clause, 
   and it receives two Parameters on evaluation:
   
           <nRow>   The new row of our Window in Pixels
           <nCol>   The new col of our Window in Pixels
