bDDeInit                     Exported, Block, User
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This Block is evaluated via DDeInitiate() when a DDE-Client wants
    to start a DDE session. It receives three parameters:

             hWndSender    handle of the client Window that request the
                           DDE session
             cAppname      The Applicationname of the DDE Server

             cTopicName    The Topic of the session, if an Empty String 
                           if the seesion is for all available Topics
