bCommNotify                  Exported, Block, User
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    This Block is evaluated when the Window receives a WM_COMMNOTIY
    Message from Windows. It receives two parameters:

               <nDevice>    communication-device ID, specifies the 
                            identifier of the communication device that is 
                            posting the notification message. 

               <nStatus>    notification-status flag, Indicating the type 
                            of COM Event that has happened.

    The Block should return zero if it processes this message.
