 PARAMETER:

  <hWnd>        Identifies the window to be centered on the screen

  <hWndParent>  Is an optional handle of a window used as a reference to
                center the target window to.


 DESCRIPTION:

  WndCenter() centers a window to the screen or a given Parent window.
