  PrnLandScape()-> <lSuccess>

 RETURNS:

  <lSuccess> is TRUE if the function was successful


 DESCRIPTION:

  PrnLandScape() invokes the PrinterSetUp dialog, if the printer has not
  already been initialized before. It then sets the 1bdmOrientation member of
  the DEVMODE structure to DMORIENT_LANDSCAPE.
