HelpSearch( cString )-> nil

 PARAMETER:

  <cString> is an optional parameter that specifies the string we want to
            search.


 DESCRIPTION:

  HelpSearch() calls the WinHelp search Dialog. If we have specified a 
  string to search, Winhelp will show the result of the search. 
  This function is executed when you select "Search for Help on .." from
  the default Help menu
