  GetPrintDefault( hWnd )-> <hDC>

 PARAMETER:

  <hWnd>        Is a handle that identifies the dialogs owner window


 RETURNS:

  <hDC> is a Printer device context


 DESCRIPTION:

  This functions opens the Windows standard Printer dialog, if not already
  done, and creates a Printer device context via GetPrintDC()
