Dealers: List of dealers

		Allows you to set anyone in the database as a dealer.

		The Dealer list is used when you want to e-mail a Contact to someone else; you can select the nearest dealer based on postcode. It is also used when you process form submissions for allocating new Contacts to a dealer.
		Note Dealers appear in Setup in alphabetical order. This has no bearing on the order in which they are prioritised when considered for allocation.
		To add a dealer to the Dealer list
		Click the Add button
		Search for a Contact (The Contact must already exist in the database. Duplicates are not allowed.)
		To delete a dealer from the Dealer list
		Highlight the dealer you want to remove
		Click the Delete button
		Note When you remove a dealer, it is not deleted from the database, only removed from this list.
		Setting a dealer's suitability
		Highlight the dealer you want to set
		Click the Distribution rules button
		Or, double-click the dealer you want to set
		You can then set rules that will govern whether this dealer is most suitable to deal with a particular Contact, Company or Family.
		Note At present, dealers are selected based on postcode regardless of the rules set in this section.
