Dealers: Attaching Contacts

		Sets what contact information is attached to e-mails when you send contacts to other dealers.

		When attaching Companies / Contacts
		Send core information only This will only send the name, addresses, phone / fax / mobile numbers and e-mail addresses. All other fields will be blank.
		Send all fields, and... This will send all fields, including the parts that you select:
		...include Associates If ticked then links to any Associates of the Contact will be preserved. This is only relevant if you are sending the Contact to someone with a database that is synchronised with yours, as otherwise the reference links will be meaningless.
		...include Forecasts If ticked then any Forecasts will be preserved.
		...include Asset ownerships If ticked then links to any Assets owned by the Contact will be preserved. This is only relevant if you are sending the Contact to someone with a database that is synchronised with yours, as otherwise the reference links will be meaningless.
		...include History of field changes If ticked then the History page, showing all changes made to all fields, will be preserved.
		...include Data tables (pages 9 to 13) You cannot select this option. Data tables are not sent when you attach a Contact to an e-mail.
		Note Your setting of whether to include all fields or only the core fields is applied when the e-mail is sent, and not at the time that you attach the Contact. If you choose Core information only and attach a Contact to an e-mail, and then change to All fields before you send that e-mail, then all fields will be sent when you eventually do send the e-mail because that will be the current setting at the time.
		When attaching a Contact, also attach the Company If this is ticked then when you attach a Contact to an e-mail, and that Contact is either at a Company or part of a Family, the Company or Family will also be attached. If this is unticked then only the Contact will be attached.
		When attaching a Company, also attach all Contacts If this is ticked then when you attach a Company or Family to an e-mail it will also attach all Contacts at that Company / Family. If this is unticked then only the Company / Family will be attached.
