Preferences: Event timing

		Some organisations (such as accountants and solicitors) bill clients based on the amount of time spent dealing with them. Normally they bill clients in blocks of time, such as five minutes at a time. So, a three minute phonecall would be billed as five minutes. This makes billing easier, rather than timing things to the nearest second. You can set the system to display an adjusted duration for every event (as well as the original duration), calculated based on the options in this section.
		Display adjusted times
		If ticked, you will see the adjusted duration displayed for every event as well as the original duration. If unticked, only the original event durations will be shown.
		No adjustment on events less than --- seconds
		If ticked, adjustments will not be made on events that are shorter than the number of seconds set here. For example, a 30 second phonecall will stay as 30 seconds, rather than being adjusted to five minutes. If unticked, even the shortest event will be adjusted.
		Adjust event timings to --- minute blocks
		Sets the size of your time blocks. For example, a setting of 10 will adjust event durations upwards to the nearest number divisible wholly by 10.
		Concede a downwards adjustment
		When an event runs into a new block of time, you can concede a 'period of grace' for adjusting the timing downwards, after which the timing will be adjusted upwards into the next whole block. For example, a phonecall of 5 minutes and 8 seconds would be adjusted to 5 minutes rather than 10 minutes, for the sake of 8 seconds. Set this option to 0 if you do not want to make any concessions.
