Other fields

		All the database fields can be renamed via their Field properties, and all other field prompts can be changed in the Other fields section, such as Address fields and Customer Service Management fields.

		Select a collection of fields from the drop-list:
		Change the Current prompt to your new caption
		Click the Reset button to revert back to the default prompts for the collection that you are currently in
		Linking: Document received
		These fields appear on the Document received tab of the Linking screen. The drop-list contents of the 'User-defined 3' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Linking: Document sent
		These fields appear on the Document sent tab of the Linking screen. The drop-list contents of the 'User-defined 3' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Linking: Internal document
		These fields appear on the Internal document tab of the Linking screen. The drop-list contents of the 'User-defined 3' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Linking: Maintenance document
		These fields appear on the Internal document tab of the Linking screen.
		Address: Asset
		These are the address fields that are used when creating an address for an Asset. The drop-list contents of the 'Country' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Address: Company
		These are the address fields that are used when creating an address for a Company. The drop-list contents of the 'Country' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Address: Contact at work
		These are the address fields that are used when creating a work address for a Contact. The drop-list contents of the 'Country' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Address: Contact at home
		These are the address fields that are used when creating a home address for a Contact. The drop-list contents of the 'Country' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Address: Family
		These are the address fields that are used when creating an address for a Family. The drop-list contents of the 'Country' field can be changed in the Shared choices & lists part of Setup.
		Service Management Screen
		These fields appear on the Current status tab of the Customer Service Management screen.
		Service Management Addresses
		These fields appear above the addresses on the Addresses tab of the Customer Service Management screen.
		Note Changes made in this section will affect all users.
