HTML Print command | |
This sets the command that is issued when you print an HTML form. The default is: rundll32.exe MSHTML.DLL,PrintHTML If you have installed Microsoft Office 2000® and are having problems printing HTML forms using the default command, an alternative is: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\msohtmed.exe" /p Microsoft Help for Office recommends our default for printing HTML forms as the Office equivalent does not work on some machines. This activates the Internet Explorer® print function. In future versions of Internet Explorer this syntax may change, in which case we will display the new setting on our website and you can alter the command here. |
||
Note We use Internet Explorer to print HTML forms, and so any print setting that you have set in Internet Explorer will be applied to your HTML forms, such as printing background colours, margins, paper orientation and so on.

Warn if no asset is selected
If ticked then choosing to create a job without an asset having been selected will display a warning message. The Customer Service Management module is based around Assets; you choose an Asset and log a job against it. However, you might simply want to log jobs and not bother with Assets, in which case you could turn this warning message off. |

Pre-defined HTML tags | |
This table shows a list of database fields and their equivalent HTML tags. If you include these tags in your HTML forms then they will be replaced with live data from the database when you go to print the forms out. Tags are defined in your HTML forms as Comments, which begin with <!-- and end with -->. |
