C2026   ELSEIF does not match IF

    Problem:  An ELSEIF statement has been encountered that does not
    fall within an IF...ENDIF control structure.

    Solution:  ELSEIF is part of the IF control structure syntax and,
    therefore, cannot occur outside of the structure.
