C2012   LOOP statement with no loop in sight

    Problem:  A LOOP statement has been encountered outside of a DO
    WHILE or FOR loop.  LOOP statements are valid only between a DO WHILE
    and an ENDDO statement or between a FOR and a NEXT statement.

    Solution:  This type of error usually occurs because of a nesting
    error when specifying control structures.  Check the flow of control in
    your program's logic for a missing DO WHILE or FOR statement above the
    erroneous LOOP statement or remove the erroneous statement.
