R3021   Error in redirection

    Problem:  An error occurred when RMAKE attempted to redirect the
    standard input or output files as specified in an action line.

    Solution:  This error message usually indicates an inability to
    create or open the file to which input or output was redirected.
    Perhaps because there is not room to create another file in the
    directory specified, or the file was inadvertently deleted by another
    user.
