Educational Objectives The main objective of each section is presented here so you may better understand how to incorporate each section into your teaching plan. The Adventure Theater Objective: Students will become more interested in trying new fruits and vegetables and meeting their "5 A Day" goal. The Salad Factory: Objective: Students will be able to make a salad that is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Fiber. H. B.'s Body Shop Objective: Students will understand how Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Fiber are important to their healthy bodies and be able to select fruits and vegetables that are good sources of these nutrients. The Cooks' Kitchen Objective: Students will be able to make simple, great- tasting fruit and vegetable recipes at home. The Land of 5 A Day Once Upon A Time Land Objective: Students will understand the "5 A Day" recommendation and be able to explain it to their parents and friends. Pyramid Land Objective: Students will understand the Food Guide Pyramid and be able to use it to plan a healthy diet. Market Land Objective: Students will be able to find "5 A Day" fruits and vegetables in the various sections of the supermarket. Serving Size Land Objective: Students will be able to count the servings of fruits and vegetables they eat and understand how to reach their "5 A Day" goal.
