Modem Verified

At this point in the installation you need to verify that your modem has installed properly. All of the lights on your modem should be on and green.

If all of the lights on your modem are on, click images\continue_button.gif to continue with the next step in the installation process.

If all of the lights on your modem are not on, even though all the cables have been connected properly, click images\continue_later_button.gif to continue the installation at a later time, and call our support desk at 877-830-9138.
