Keyboard Only Pasting
Before you can paste using the keyboard only, you must choose an activation function key in "Options". To open the Options window, move the mouse over the viewing area and click the button which appears.

Now, when you are ready to paste, type your chosen function key and the clipboard will appear over your work. Locate the clip you want to paste and type the pasting letter shown next to it

NOTES:
If the pasting letters are not in the same column as the clip you want to paste,
move them with the left and right arrow keys.
To paste unformatted text using the keyboard ( equivalent to clicking the Txt button ) hold down the CTRL key when you type the pasting letter.
