The "Can't find modem" Problem
This program is not TAPI enabled. It dials out by sending Hayes compatible commands directly to your modem port which must be free. It will not work if :
a. Your modem is not Hayes compatible.
b. Your modem port is kept open by a TAPI device such as a Fax program on auto answer.
