The object of the game is simple: defeat other players - either human or computer - to conquer the world. With the introduction of real time internet playing, conquering countries has never felt so realistic. Cyberwar for dictators everywhere. You begin the game with 56 armies in normal mode or 30 armies in expert mode, all placed in a randomly selected country. You are assigned an ideology with which you have to fight for during play. Random dice throwing decides who wins the battles and revolution occurs when your armies out number those of your opponent. Real World Simulation provides the best play, but choose your attacks carefully so that your strength is not drained supporting countries with poor resources. Attack on industrialised nations to keep your strength at maximum, or concentrate on countries with large populations and use numbers to overpower them. Remember the real world isn't fair, neither is this mode. |
