A big 'S'o what now? Now the shouting's over. Now the dust has settled. Now we have a new government. New government, new Room, new Internet, new start. Old jokes, old rubbish, medium rare steak, big girl's blouse. But on the other hand, as Topol said in Fiddler on the roof; "There is no other hand."

So, there you have it. Despite the fact that the election is all over, bar a lot more shouting, you can still access our election web site, and see how accurate our online poll proved to be. In fact, for those who miss the excitement of the election, you can in fact still vote in our various polls. Yes, the Room offers you more election than anyone else, even more election than the election itself, making us duller than ditchwater and more irritating than a swim in an Olympic-sized pool of itching powder. A fair description, really.

On the other foot, there's the shoe. A new shoe. New shoe, new Room. New Room, new bits and pieces for your delight. For example, the download section has got another whole mess of software for you to download. It's all labelled with those little "new" style icons, just to make things easy for you. New icons, new software, older by several hours is what you'll be if you try to download some of the bigger files on a 9,600 modem. Talking of which. Next week, we promise we'll add the sizes of the files you have to download to the download pages, so you know what you're getting into.

There's also a flabby heap of new reviews in the reviews section, some of which actually appear to be coherent and vaguely well-written. Sorry about that. If you'd like to redress the balance with some ill-founded ranting, we really do want your words for the reader reviews sections. If you haven't checked the section out and seen how easy it is to leave a review which the entire online community can access right away, GET ON WITH IT.

There's another new episode of the Stoney Blokes, to add to the two new ones from last week. In fact, if you had a look last week, you'll be pleased to hear that the new episode is in fact the missing episode 5, which according to our cartoonist Eldad Druks is a particularly intellectual one. Yeah, right. If you didn't check out the new episodes last week, do it now.

Our very own Media Slag, Shazza, gets stuck into this week's tabloids, and if you haven't had a look at her weekly column yet, check it out. It's very good indeed. And seeing how I didn't write it, that's rare praise indeed. So get stuck in. Make a new start. No new jokes.

Ben
