Opening After Effects/AMX format files

You can open files saved in Adobe Motion eXchange (AMX) format. This enables you to open files created in After Effects 5.5 or later in LiveMotion.

For information on AMX, options for its use, and instructions for exporting AMX files from After Effects, see the documentation that accompanies the AMX plug-in.

Note: You cannot place files saved in AMX format in LiveMotion.

To open an After Effects/AMX file in LiveMotion:

1. From After Effects, export the file in AMX format. (See the documentation that accompanies the After Effects AMX plug-in.)
2. In LiveMotion, choose File > Open, select the AMX file, and click Open.
