Working off line

Working off line lets you work disconnected from the network. This is useful when you are working away from your office, for example. You can edit a managed file that has been checked out before you went off line.

You can perform operations that don't change the workgroup state (that is, operations that don't check in or check out files) while off line. If you attempt to do something that is an online operation (such as Check In), you are reminded that you are off line and asked if you want to connect to continue.

To work off line:

Choose File > Workgroup > Work Offline.
