About rollovers

A rollover is an object that changes in response to interacting with the mouse. For example, a rollover could be a button that changes from red to green as the mouse moves over it, and then makes a sound and changes to an indented shape when clicked.

A remote rollover is an object that causes a change elsewhere in the composition in response to the mouse. For instance, moving the mouse pointer down a list of menu items on the left side of a Web page could make pictures of those items appear on the right side of the page.

Although the mouse is the most common way to trigger changes in rollovers, they can also be triggered by keyframes in an animation or by scripts.

One of the key features of LiveMotion is its ability to create these interactive elements.
