Previewing animations at a constant speedThe Real Time Preview command skips frames if necessary to preview animations at a constant speed. For example, at the beginning of an animation, only one object might be moving, whereas later in the animation numerous objects might be moving. A preview of the animation might slow down when it encounters the more complex part of the animation. Real-Time Preview maintains the speed of the preview by skipping some of the frames of the animation. To maintain an animation's speed while in Preview mode:
