This is a Celtic theme page, using the Celtic cross and Scottish thistle.  I suggest using this purple colored text as shown.

This dark gray is nice also, but I think using it just for visited links would be enough.

Above you see a title graphic for you to insert a web page title on, I used Kells round for the font.
