To remove an unknown network adapter

1. Note the name of the network adapter that is displayed in the Power Link Installer window.

2. In Power Link Installer, click Fix.

3. In the System Properties window, click the Hardware tab.

4. Click Device Manager.

5. Double-click Other Devices.

   

6. In the Other Devices section, select the offending adapter. It should have a yellow exclamation point beside it.

7. Click Remove.

8. Click OK.

Windows prompts you to restart your computer. After your computer restarts, Power Link Installer continues.
