the Visual Basic Run-Times.  We suggest copying these files to your WINDOWS
directory.

EXAMPLE:

If MS Windows is installed on your C: drive in the directory \WINDOWS you would
type:

COPY *.DLL C:\WINDOWS and press ENTER
