Program Description Procat for Windows is a computer program that allows many different transceiver types to be controlled under Microsoft Windows. This program was designed to provide useful help by the computer in the operation of complex modern day Amateur Radio transceivers. This program was not created to show off the authors particular transceiver choice - it was designed to provide CAT assistance in the smallest possible area of the computer screen. This allows for other programs of the users choice for QSO logging, QSLs, contests, awards, etc. Support your local Ham programmers, even modest projects may take several hundred hours to complete and test! The program and associated files take up alot of space, altogether they are the size of a 3.5" HD disk, compressed! The program allows recording and playback through your WAV capable sound card. The program is unique in that it allows you to visually manage and activate 160 "memorys" with the click of the mouse. It has been called "FUN" by many of it's users and enjoyment is the reason it was created. Try ProCat for Windows out on your transceiver and have some fun! NOTE: ProCat for Windows does NOT require a sound device attached to Windows. It does require a CAT capable transceiver and a separate hardware device called a "level" converter specific to your brand of radio.
