To print a registration form, start the game, find the registration screen, fill in your name and address and click on the PRINT ORDER button. Send the order form and your check or money order for $10 to McCook Software, 40 Emily Drive, Lilburn, GA 30247. Payment must be in US funds and drawn on a US bank.
