Big City Lights 1.1

What it does..
	This application is sort of like Light Bright.
	But a little more..You can save Big City Lights
	files.  You can also add multiple pictures to
	each file.  This allows you to play the files.
	Also I am working on a screen saver that reads 
	these files.  The idea is your kid can create
	a Big City lights file and You can take it to 
	work to be used as you screen saver.

How to install..
	To use copy files to a directory of your choice.
	Create you a shortcut to Big City Lights.exe.
	Start playing.

Whats new..
	There was a problem with the ten day evaluation
	where if you did it at the end of the month it
	didn't give you a full ten days. It should now 
	work.  Also you will get 10 days with each new
	version.

Bug Reports..
	There is a bug when playing the files
	on a over 256 color machine playback becomes
	very slow.

	The screen saver is not finished but works.

Special Keys..
	Space - The space bar add a frame to the current
		file.  This allows for faster frame entry.

Registration..
	To register fill out the registration information.
