The discussion group area is similar to the newsgroups area except that it is easier to search for messages that have been posted by other customers. It is also easier to follow the flow of the responses that are posted to the customers' questions. This makes the discussion group an ideal area to search for the answer of questions that you think might have been asked before by other customers.
