Adding people to your MS Exchange Address Book

To add an Internet recipient, select Address Book from the Tools menu in MS Exchange. The Address Book dialog box will appear. Select New Entry from the File menu. A New Entry dialog box will appear.

Select Other Address as the entry type and press OK. A New Other Address Property sheet will appear:

Enter the recipients full name into the Display Name field. Enter the Email address and then enter SMTP into the E-mail type field.

Note: You must enter SMTP into the Email type field otherwise the Workgroup Internet Gateway will not send messages to this recipient.

Once you have entered the recipient into your address book, you will be able to send messages to that recipient.
