The file that DOS 7.0 forgot! 
Before Windows 95, if you wanted to know about DOS commands,
all you had to do was to type HELP at the DOS prompt and you 
would be given a list of DOS commands and their definitions.
Although Windows 95 is a fully graphical operating system we
still need to use DOS from time to time. Installing some games
or other programs can require a basic knowledge of DOS commands.
Well, HELP is now at hand! 

Installation:

Copy HELP.EXE to your Windows directory.
That's it!
Every time you are at the DOS prompt, if you need to know how
to copy files, delete folders, compare files etc. just type
HELP and press Enter.
