 Name          : Make a log entry
 Optional Data : <Log entry>

   When this command is executed,  it simply takes the contents
   of  the Optional Data field and writes it to the system  log
   as if it were a normal hard-coded log entry.  The only macro
   characters that are valid are:

        @ : Insert the name of the current template file area
        ` : Insert the name of the current template msg area
