There are a number of special characters that you can put in
   the display line of a menu which will display certain system
   information:


        ~  :  Displays time remaining today.

        ^  :  Switches between the normal line colours and  the
              overall menu highlight colours.

        ;  :  Don't display a carriage return / linefeed at the
              end of the line.

        @  :  Displays the name (as defined in RACONFIG) of the
              currently selected file template area.

        `  :  Displays the name (as defined in RACONFIG) of the
              currently selected message template area.
