General keys
~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can always use the <P> key to pause the display (to continue again, press
<P> once more). A press on the <S> or <ESC> key will in most cases abort the
current action and return the control to you.
The main menu
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<A> Again
Use this function to view the contents of the currently selected archive
once more (could be to big for the screen or has been scrolled off due
to other activity).
<V> View
This function extracts a specific ASCII text-file from the archive and
let you read the text. (Nice if you want to read some of the DOC's
before you spend 27 minutes downloading a version you've already got!
The view command will not work on ANSI files due to the danger of
hackers and other scum.
<N> New archive
Surprise! This function does exactly as you expected it to do, it lets
you choose a new archive to peek into.
<T> Time
It can sometimes be nice to know how long time it would take to
download the archive without actually doing it...
This function will show you how long the transmissiontime is for the
100% perfect protocol and for 9 other well known protocols.
<C> Create
Well, if you ie. want to read the DOC's for an archive at home, or if
you only need 1 file out of 312 then you can use this function. It
prompts you, for every file in the archive, for wether you want to
extract it or not and, at the end, creates a custom-made archive
called EXTRACT.??? (where ??? is the extension for the archiver used,
chosen by the SysOp.)
Please keep in mind, that the archive created by you, must NOT be
distributed (uploaded to another BBS) due to it's lack of 1 or more
files.
<?> Help
This command let you read this text.
<Q> Quit to BBS
When finished, you use this command to return control to the BBS.
