                          [ S/E/M/A/J Communications ]

    Introduction to S/e/m/a/j Communications
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    S/e/m/a/j Communications writes a couple of really neat little utilities
    that are originally designed to go with the RemoteAccess BBS program, by
    Continental Software. Although these programs may be distributed freely,
    they are still subject to the copyright laws in the UK and other places:
    You aren't allowed to mess around with the code and so on. If you decide
    that you want to register any S/e/m/a/j Products, then send .5 (Sterling
    please, no credit cards or checks drawn on a foreign bank etc) for every
    program that you want to register (or you can choose to register all the
    current and future releases for a fixed fee of .20) to the author or any
    recognised registration point (see the end of the docs for a list of all
    the possible places). "Messing around with the code" doesn't include use
    of programs such as LZEXE, PKLITE, or DIET. (though frankly, if they get
    any compression at all I'd be surprised).
