Full screen msg editors


    The full screen msg editor option in RACONFIG allows you to use
    a variety of third party message editors.  The best on the market
    is QUICKED.  To install this place the path and name of the QuickEd
    program into RACONFIG.  For an example see below :-


         C:\RA\QUICKED *M *!

    The '*M' forces RA to swap itself out of memory,  If you have memory
    spare do not use this feature as it's quicker if you don't.

    The '*!' freezes the RA system clock, thus allowing users to take
    there time writing messages.
