[About The Guide]
Bimodem
Bimodem is a great external protocol, which allows a user to
download, upload and chat to the sysop all at the same time.
This obviously is of great benefit to the sysop and the user,
however there are quite a few problems putting it into effect.
One of these problems is getting RA to log uploads and downloads
when a user does both during a bimodem session. For this reason
running Bimodem as a 'External Protocol' directly from RA is does
not produce perfect results. There are a few great utilities
for interfacing RA with Bimodem. Two examples of such a program
are 'QKBIR21A.ZIP' and 'RABIM421.ZIP'.
